Description

Purple or red kohlrabis have pale yellow flesh as opposed to the white-fleshed green kohlrabi variety, and are a pretty variation with their violet exterior skin. Kohlrabi tastes like broccoli stalks, water chestnut and cucumber. Edible parts are pale yellow and are juicy and refreshing when raw.
